Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jumbo/Non-QM Underwriter to join their West Coast Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Jumbo/Non-QM loans and manage 45+ initial underwrites per month
• Communicate loan status regularly with Loan Officers and Processors using current technology
• Assist with training and maintain a current knowledge of products and underwriting policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of underwriting experience with Jumbo and Non-QM loans
• Recent experience with DU and LP input and interpretation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Proven leadership skills and high integrity required
