California Licensed Junior Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Licensed Junior Associate Attorney will manage a docket of workers' compensation cases, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while working remotely from Bakersfield, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
• Responding to client inquiries and providing guidance to non-attorneys

Required qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
