Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Junior Associate Attorney for a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage a docket of workers' compensation cases, prepare clients for depositions, and respond to client inquiries while collaborating with a supportive team of paralegals and legal staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending them
• Responding to client inquiries and providing guidance to non-attorneys

Required qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
• Excellent organizational skills
• Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
