California Licensed Lab Technician
Job Summary
To support a busy laboratory environment, the full-time seasonal California Licensed Lab Technician will prepare samples accurately, operate instrumentation, and maintain safe laboratory practices while ensuring production targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Independently receive, log, and prepare samples for analysis according to analytical SOPs
- Perform routine operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment
- Maintain laboratory documentation and adhere to internal standards and safety procedures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories required
- Associate's degree in chemistry or a similar scientific discipline preferred
- Experience with gas chromatography (GC) preferred
- Basic computer skills and advanced English language proficiency required
- Ability to lift/carry/push or pull upwards of 25 lbs. on a frequent basis
