• Handle labor & employment litigation matters, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Manage cases independently while ensuring compliance with California legal standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of labor & employment litigation experience (defense or plaintiff side)
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Experience with PAGA and/or wage and hour claims is a plus
