Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Labor Attorney, the full-time partner will manage labor and employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and class action claims, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Newport Beach, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex labor and employment litigation cases, including FEHA and wage & hour claims
• Provide legal advice and counseling on employment matters to clients
• Engage in direct client interactions and take on significant responsibilities in legal matters

Required qualifications

• Jurisdictional license to practice law in California
• Significant experience in labor and employment litigation
• Proven track record in handling both single-plaintiff and class action cases
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
