Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Labor Attorney, the full-time remote Of Counsel will manage complex labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and single-plaintiff cases, while providing strategic legal advice and preventative counseling to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate labor and employment cases, including class actions and single-plaintiff matters
• Provide strategic legal advice and preventative counseling to a diverse client base
• Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced legal environment

Required qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a California bar license
• Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor and employment litigation and counseling
• Demonstrated expertise in wage and hour class actions and regulatory compliance
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
