Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Labor Attorney with at least four years of labor and employment litigation experience, the remote contract position will manage written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings while offering the flexibility to work full-time or part-time from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters, including written discovery and motion work
• Participate in depositions and court hearings as part of a dynamic legal team
• Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently

Required qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials and outstanding references
• Experience with PAGA and/or wage and hour claims is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment
