Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Labor Attorney with at least three years of labor & employment litigation experience, the fully remote position offers part-time or full-time opportunities and involves assisting with case workup tasks for California-based labor & employment matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform work related to California-based labor & employment litigation matters
• Handle pre-litigation evaluations, pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and other case workup tasks
• Manage assignments efficiently, communicate proactively, and deliver high-quality legal work within established deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Active license to practice law in California and good standing with the California State Bar
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with attorneys, clients, and legal support teams
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding professional references
