Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Labor Attorney with 5-12 years of experience, the fully remote position will manage labor and employment litigation, advise clients on employment issues, and mentor junior attorneys within a reputable Sacramento-based law firm.
Key responsibilities
- Represent public agency and private sector clients in labor and employment litigation and counseling matters
- Manage matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys while participating in practice and client development efforts
Required qualifications
- 5-12 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment
- Active California bar license in good standing
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Trial experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building client relationships
