Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with satellite labs and manage laboratory operations, including policies and procedures
• Process internal occurrence reports, investigate issues, and maintain the occurrence report database
• Conduct lab audits and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a clinical laboratory
• Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in English with strong organizational skills
