Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental/Public Land Use Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on Land Use, zoning, planning, and CEQA matters
• Represent cities, counties, and special districts in public agency legal issues
• Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, staff reports, and related legal documents

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 25 years of legal experience in Land Use and CEQA
• Active license to practice law in California
• Strong background in public agency or municipal law representation
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
