Job Summary
A company is looking for a Child & Adolescent LCSW Supervisor (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards
- Participate in case disposition meetings and oversee program management
Required Qualifications
- Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during PST hours
- Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
