Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager to lead complex learning initiatives with a focus on innovation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives, including onboarding and upskilling programs
• Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle and oversee pilot programs
• Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and ensure quality standards in learning programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level learning programs
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platforms
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
