California Licensed Lead AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of AI-powered member experiences, the full-time California Licensed Lead AI Product Manager will develop and launch innovative features that enhance how members access and shop for healthcare, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for AI-driven member experiences focused on high-quality, cost-effective care
• Define applications of AI capabilities across the member journey, including LLMs and conversational interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope AI initiatives and ensure successful product launches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading AI-powered product development
• Proven track record of taking AI products from concept to launch, managing challenges of non-deterministic systems
• Strong understanding of AI agents and architectures, with experience in designing trustworthy AI systems
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis and familiarity with Agile methodology
