California Licensed Lead Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a large-scale technology modernization initiative, the remote contract California Licensed Lead Analyst will perform independent verification and validation activities, assess project management and quality assurance, and deliver recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Perform independent verification and validation activities across all project phases
- Review project plans, schedules, requirements, and testing activities for compliance and readiness
- Develop IV&V reports and executive-level briefings to communicate findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of analytical experience supporting complex information technology projects
- Minimum 5 years of Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) experience
- Experience developing IV&V reports and executive summaries
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Agile software development environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
