To support enterprise-wide IT security and risk activities, the contract-to-hire California Licensed Lead Risk Analyst will leverage hands-on NIST framework and SOC 2 experience while driving project leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead control documentation, process documentation, and gap remediation efforts while conducting interviews with control owners
- Proactively manage documentation to meet defined deadlines and take initiative without waiting for direction
- Communicate effectively in meetings and initiatives, ensuring alignment with leadership direction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
- 7+ years of related experience in IT security and risk analysis
- Hands-on experience with the NIST framework
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
