Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) - Lead Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy, assessing client histories and determining treatment options
• Consult with the Clinical Manager on program development and facilitate optimal therapeutic experiences
• Lead group therapy sessions and monthly clinical staff meetings while overseeing other clinicians as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in the state of California
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health, or a related field
• Active clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMHC
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling
• Comfortable with technology and managing patients remotely
