California Licensed Lead Water Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Water Resources Engineer to join their Water & Environment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stormwater and water resources planning efforts, including watershed and municipal-scale studies
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling to evaluate stormwater conditions
• Provide regulatory and permitting support for stormwater programs and projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (graduate preferred) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline
• California PE license or eligibility to pursue one within six months
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering or water resources engineering
• Solid understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater management principles
• Experience with stormwater system design and feasibility-level evaluations
