• Design and launch a structured California Leader Academy for leadership development
• Redesign onboarding processes to align with the Leader Academy framework
• Review and maintain compliance training content to ensure accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and training requirements
• Proven experience in designing leadership development programs
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable learning
• Experience in building scalable programs with a focus on strategy and execution
