Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Specialist in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate classes and manage learner conduct to promote engagement and successful learning
• Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and learner support
• Execute comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and onboarding effectiveness for new hires

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education, Business, or related field preferred, or substantial professional experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales training/enablement and facilitating training events
• 3+ years of experience creating training materials and partnering with subject matter experts
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory, coaching, or mentoring role
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
