Job Summary

Managing a high-volume caseload of over 200 concurrent leave and accommodation cases, the full-time California Licensed Leave Administrator will operate remotely from TX, TN, MO, ID, or OK, serving as a subject matter expert on FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and California-specific leave laws while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end cycle of high-volume leave and accommodation cases
  • Lead the interactive process for complex leave of absence and workplace accommodations
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and HR to resolve complex cases while ensuring compliance
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of direct experience managing leave and accommodation programs
  • Proven experience handling high volume case management
  • Strong knowledge of California leave laws
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
