Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support to enhance and scale commercial and compliance programs
Manage commercial contracting processes and maintain the contract database
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California
3-5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly self-motivated and well-organized
