Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Licensed Legal Knowledge Engineer will translate legal workflows into AI-enabled systems, design decision trees and operational frameworks, and collaborate with attorneys and technical teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate legal reasoning and workflows into structured AI-enabled systems
• Design decision trees, escalation frameworks, and workflow logic for family law processes
• Collaborate with attorneys and operational teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD), paralegal certification, or equivalent practical legal workflow experience
• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or related fields
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and operational process design
• Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into structured workflows
