California Licensed Legal Nurse Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Nurse Consultant to assist attorneys with healthcare-related legal cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records to support legal cases
- Educate attorneys and clients on medical matters related to cases
- Coordinate and manage medical-legal matters, including case evaluations and summaries
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Legal Nurse Consultant certification (LNCC preferred)
- 3-5 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ICU and ER
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Proficient in legal matters, with Tort and Personal Injury experience preferred
