Job Summary

Strategic and results-driven, the full-time California Licensed Lending Director will manage home loan production growth, optimize operational performance, and enhance member experiences while working remotely in Northern California.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct initiatives to grow home loan production and improve member service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and drive membership growth
• Lead corporate strategic initiatives and foster a high-performance work culture within the team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in a financial institution in a management role, including three years in senior leadership
