California Licensed Liability Defense Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Liability Defense Attorney specializing in ski resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Independently manage a litigation caseload as part of a team and communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of California
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience
• Experience with catastrophic injury, product liability, and other general liability matters
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
