Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Manager for Alarm Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit license applications to state regulatory agencies, tracking approval processes
• Research state-specific licensing requirements and coordinate necessary background checks and testing
• Maintain detailed records of application statuses and document processes for future reference

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience working independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects
• Ability to meet state-specific qualification requirements to serve as a license holder
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex processes accurately
• Active relevant licenses in one or more states (preferred)
