Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and communicate licensing requirements for corporate and individual loan originators
• Coordinate with applicants and state agencies for license acquisition and renewal
• Maintain accurate records in the NMLS system and submit necessary filings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending with multi-state licensing
• Experience communicating with state regulators regarding licensing requirements
• Proficient in the NMLS system and Microsoft Word/Excel
• Working knowledge of state and federal licensing statutes
