California Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience in civil or commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, RFPs, and admissions
• Review medical and employment records to identify critical case facts
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school with active California State Bar admission
• 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
• Strong litigation procedure knowledge
• Experience with cloud-based litigation platforms and billing protocols
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
