California Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate (General Liability and/or Toxic Tort).

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload and handle local and national accounts throughout California
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions; support trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in General Liability or Toxic Tort
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of California
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
