California Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from start to finish in a fully remote environment
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3+ years of strong litigation experience, preferably in employment law
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures
• Familiarity with cloud-based legal technology and integrated tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting
