California Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Associate will manage a portfolio of class action and mass arbitration matters, contributing to discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials

Required Qualifications

• JD from a US accredited law school
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Proven class action or mass arbitration experience
• Licensed to practice in California (or willing to obtain California bar admission)
