Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Associate, the full-time remote attorney will manage high-stakes plaintiffs'-side class actions involving data privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust, while handling case development through resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Handle class action and complex litigation matters from case development through resolution
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other persuasive legal documents
- Participate in meet-and-confers with opposing counsel and prepare for court appearances
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of litigation experience; federal court experience preferred
- Experience with complex litigation, class actions, or plaintiffs'-side litigation is a plus
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Active bar admission in any U.S. state
- Writing sample required with application
