Key responsibilities
- Managing multiple cases throughout the litigation process, including trial preparation and participation
- Conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents such as motions and briefs
- Communicating directly with clients and other parties to develop case strategies and manage deadlines
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial
- Strong client communication and organizational skills
