Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various aspects of civil litigation including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work independently or collaboratively on a flexible schedule, either part-time or full-time
• Manage cases involving commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, and other relevant areas

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with 8+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Experience in commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, and related fields
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding references
