Job Summary
A company is looking for a California Licensed Litigation Attorney with Product Liability Experience (Contract and Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
- Draft memoranda of law, reports, settlement memos, and legal correspondence
- Communicate clearly with clients and co-defense counsel regarding case workups
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of product liability litigation experience at a large or boutique law firm
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- Significant experience litigating matters in California courts
- J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting
