Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload involving medical malpractice, insurance litigation, and general liability
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings when applicable

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience in insurance defense, malpractice, or related areas
• Trial experience as a First, Second, or Third Chair is a major plus
