A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to handle litigated matters with a focus on defensive litigation involving residential real estate and foreclosure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of contested litigation related to mortgage servicing and foreclosure matters
  • Prepare case analyses and advise clients on litigation strategies
  • Draft court pleadings, attend hearings, and manage pre-litigation cases
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Member of the California state bar with necessary licensing and continuing education
  • 2-8 years of litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently bill 1920 hours per year
  • Knowledge of the foreclosure process preferred but not required
