California Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to manage complex civil defense matters remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned civil defense matters through all stages of litigation
• Draft various litigation documents and prepare responses to written discovery
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys on litigation strategy and trial planning

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with defense-side experience
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and case management
• Prior experience in general liability, construction defect, or personal injury defense preferred
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
