Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
• 3+ years of litigation experience, particularly in California Breach of Warranty
• Prior experience working with law firms or on contract engagements preferred
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment
