California Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills
• Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the state bar of California
• 3-5 years of litigation experience (defense)
• Experience in construction law or business-related matters is preferred but not required
• Experience working with insurance clients is preferred
