Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including researching legal issues, drafting motions, and preparing for trials
• Communicate directly with clients to advise on litigation risks and manage cases from start to finish
• Develop a business plan and identify at least one anchor client to build a litigation practice

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm or in-house with a reputable company
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrated an excellent reputation in the industry
• Experience in managing civil litigation on the defense side
• Ability to develop client relationships and a clear business development plan
• Interest in autonomy over practice while collaborating with other attorneys
