Key Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment
