Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work independently or collaboratively on various litigation matters
• Manage cases in commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, and more

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with at least seven years of civil litigation experience
• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in litigation
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
