California Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and defend a high volume of depositions in a large-scale construction defect matter
• Prepare for and conduct fully remote depositions independently, including review of case materials
• Provide limited additional litigation support as needed while primarily focusing on depositions

Required Qualifications

• California-licensed litigation attorney with 3+ years of California civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience taking and/or defending depositions independently
• Construction defect or insurance defense experience is a plus, but not required
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Available during West Coast business hours and comfortable working fully remotely
