Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and writing, prepare motions, and manage discovery processes
• Assist in trial preparation under the supervision of the firm's Partners
• Handle a variety of litigation support tasks with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Background in business and real estate matters preferred
• Experience with pre-trial litigation processes
