Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Litigation Attorney (Remote) on a part-time, engagement basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle active litigation matters in federal and California state court, focusing on IP-related disputes and general commercial litigation
  • Draft, revise, and file complaints, motions, and substantive pleadings, supporting litigation strategy from early pleadings through resolution
  • Manage written discovery, initial disclosures, and document production with minimal oversight
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney, capable of running matters independently
  • California law license in good standing
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Strong experience in legal research, writing, motion practice, and discovery management
  • Experience with federal litigation and discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
