California Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join its team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload in defense matters, including complex product liability and civil litigation
• Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license
• Prior experience in litigation defense preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented litigation structure
