Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Litigation Attorney (In-House Contract Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation cases from analysis and strategy through trial and arbitration
• Draft pre-trial pleadings and motions related to breach of contract, real property disputes, and other commercial claims
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop case strategies and provide legal advice

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated boutique firm
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• Experience with breach of contract, real property disputes, and securities class actions
